Cow cheese: 10 to 15 liters of cow milk are necessary to make 1 kilo of cheese. The cow milk has a straw yellow color, a sweet flavor and gives creaminess and tenderness to the cheese.

Goat cheese: Goat cheese have a special color, pearl white, because of the absence of carotenes in the milk. Goat milk transmits to the cheese animal smells and a slightly acid taste.

Sheep cheese: Only 6 liters of sheep milk are necessary to obtain 1 kilo of cheese. Sheep milk has a higher percentage of fat. The cheese made of this milk has a brownish yellow color and an intensely sweet taste with nuts flavor.
