Don Bernardo Extra Mature, Wedge 250 gr Don Bernardo is an authentic cheese made with 100% Manchega sheep's milk with Protected Designation of Origin. It has been matured in special preserving conditions and each cheese is examined and undergoes a very strict control that ensures the high quality of the product. The ripening of this cheese is minimum 6 months.
Don Bernardo bears the stamp of the regulatory council, a stamp that identifies each cheese as being unique. The perfect cheese to eat at any time of the day, as an appetiser, starter, or dessert. Perfect to pair with any red wine like Rioja or La Mancha wine.
